1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LogicBox. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LogicBox mobile application (the "App") provided by Axion Labs ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using LogicBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App and make any purchases.

2. Description of Service

LogicBox is a mobile gaming application that provides access to multiple puzzle and logic games, including but not limited to:

• Sudoku, 2048, Threes
• Chess variants (Checkers, Reversi, Tic-Tac-Toe, Four in a Line)
• Puzzle games (Sliding Puzzle, Plumber, Water Sort, Link Dots, Lights Out)
• Word games (Word Search)
• Strategy games (Snakes, Tents & Trees, Dots & Boxes, Color Wars)
• Memory and matching games (Memory Match, Tap Match, Shoot Bubble)
• Math games (Mental Math)

The App includes:

• Game progress tracking and statistics
• Ranking and achievement system
• In-app currency (coins)
• Advertisement display
• Optional in-app purchases

3. License to Use

3.1 Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use LogicBox on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, redistribute, or republish the App or any part of it
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or related systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other unauthorized tools to interact with the App
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Share or sell your account or in-app purchases with others

3.3 Updates and Modifications

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time without notice. You may be required to install updates to continue using the App.

4. In-App Purchases

4.1 Available Purchases

LogicBox offers the following in-app purchase:

• Remove Ads Forever: A one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently removes all advertisements from the App.

4.2 Payment and Processing

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and may include applicable taxes
• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account
• We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information

4.3 No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To request a refund, you must contact Apple or Google directly according to their refund policies:

4.4 Restoration of Purchases

If you reinstall the App or install it on a new device, you can restore your "Remove Ads Forever" purchase at no additional cost using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the App settings.

4.5 In-App Currency (Coins)

• Coins are virtual currency earned through gameplay or optionally through watching rewarded video ads
• Coins have no real-world monetary value
• Coins cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money
• We reserve the right to modify coin earning rates or costs at any time
• Coins are stored locally on your device and are lost if you uninstall the App or clear app data

5. Advertisements

5.1 Ad Display

Unless you purchase "Remove Ads Forever," the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including:

• Banner ads during gameplay
• Interstitial ads between games
• Rewarded video ads (optional, for earning bonus coins)

5.2 Third-Party Content

Advertisements are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or any products or services advertised. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

5.3 Ad Blocking

Using ad-blocking software or modifying the App to block advertisements without purchasing "Remove Ads Forever" violates these Terms.

6. User Conduct

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use LogicBox in a fair and lawful manner. You will not:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools to gain unfair advantages
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users (if any social features are added)
• Use offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content in any user-generated content
• Attempt to damage, disable, or impair the App's functionality
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

6.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to LogicBox, including all graphics, user interfaces, scripts, software code, designs, text, and other content, are owned by Axion Labs or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Trademarks

"LogicBox" and associated logos are trademarks of Axion Labs. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

7.3 User Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, we may use them without any obligation to compensate you.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of LogicBox is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Analytics and Tracking

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to:

• Track app usage and game statistics
• Identify and fix bugs and crashes
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Understand which features are most popular

All analytics data is anonymous and cannot be used to personally identify you.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 "AS IS" Basis

LOGICBOX IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems
• Your game progress or purchases will never be lost

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Axion Labs SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF LOGICBOX, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10.3 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Axion Labs and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

12. Third-Party Services and Links

12.1 Third-Party Services

LogicBox integrates with the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics)
• Google AdMob (Advertising)
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store (In-app purchases)

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices or content.

12.2 Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, websites, or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstalling the App will delete all locally stored data, including game progress and coins (but not in-app purchases, which can be restored).

13.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Discontinuation of the App

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App immediately ends
• You must uninstall the App from all devices
• All locally stored data (progress, coins) will be lost
• In-app purchases (Remove Ads) may be restored if you reinstall the App on the same account

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
• Displaying an in-app notification for significant changes

Your continued use of LogicBox after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through:

• Informal Resolution: Contact us at legal@axionlabsdev.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally
• Arbitration (if applicable in your jurisdiction): Binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules
• Court Jurisdiction: If arbitration is not applicable, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York, United States

15.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to bring claims as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axion Labs regarding LogicBox and supersede any prior agreements.

18. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

19. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

21. Platform-Specific Terms

21.1 Apple App Store

If you downloaded LogicBox from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and Axion Labs, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
• In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Axion Labs, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation and defense
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them

21.2 Google Play Store

If you downloaded LogicBox from the Google Play Store, you agree to comply with Google Play's Terms of Service and any applicable policies.
